Every Claire Tabouret show is like the new chapter of a story set to paint. Suspended throughout the gallery space are swathes of sails from old ships that bear paintings of human figures. They dance freely to the drafts or slight winds caused by passing visitors, and share the gallery space with painted plaster sculptures and an original sound composition evoking the calm or crashing waves of the ocean.
